I will send you an invitation to see if you would like coverage for your event coming up. Once you choose and agree for my services will follow up how to set up deposit and other expectations for your event shoot day.
Will ask a deposit for your event to hold the time and day. If any major weather happens on event date will refund your deposit. Deposit amount is $150. Any event over 100 miles would ask to travel gas coverage.
Shoot day I will call or text you when I am at the location to coordinate any last minute updates, locate start/finish, festival area and ask for any last minute photo ideas you have for your event.
Within 24hrs of start of the event will ask for balance to be paid so that I can start processing your images. Will send over invoice reflecting balance due - deposit amount. Online payment, venmo, PayPal. Will send you invoice for balance day before your event.
MARKETING PACKAGE ONLY- you will get a gallery of image to select your favorites. These images will be retouched and will send you a link to download images. If you are wanting more that your session offers you can order more. The gallery will be open for 30 days, if you need longer than that will follow up with you as you get close to your 30 days.
COURSE PHOTOS - will send you a drop box images, these will not be retouched, number of photos can range 300+ depending on event size and length.
Course images will be sent by drop box file before marketing images.
Marketing images will take longer to get since they will be including retouching. Will update you on process.
