MEET UP OR PHONE CALL TO TALK ABOUT YOUR IDEAS

We will chat about your session how to create your vision and ideas. Will offers feed back on how I approach this style of shoot and ideas for location, time of day and if needed wardrobe ideas.

I will send a price breakdown, options for location, and photo inspirations. Once you review the price and info on how I work, if you choose to work with me we can proceed with setting up a time and day. I would ask the client to put 1/3 of the full session as a deposit to hold the time and date. Rescheduling is ok (weather issue or illness) would ask this to happen within 30 days of the original shoot date. The deposit can carry over for a new shot day if needed to be rescheduled.

PRE SHOOT DAY CHECK IN

As we get closer to shoot day I will keep in touch and discuss any updates if needed on location, time, and ideas for wardrobe and styling. Finalize the option(s) for photo ideas and if needed a mood board that could work best for your vision.

SHOOT DAY

On the shoot day, I will arrive at the location to set up 1hr before your shoot time if needed. If the shoot is outdoor will offer to take breaks in hot conditions. Payment for the full balance will be needed on shoot day either before or end of the shoot day. Options for payment include credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or payment plans.

GALLERY OPEN

After the shoot, we can meet up review images to pick your top images or you can do it with your team with a gallery I set up. The online gallery will be open for 30 days. You will select which are the best images you want to purchase. After 30 days the gallery can be reopened if you want to get more images.

EDIT IMAGES

I will edit the image(s) to make sure they look next level. My goal is not to over-edit focus on cropping, color correction, contrast, skin retouching, take out any camera gear, or random object in the shot.

PROOF GALLERY REVIEW

You will get a proof gallery that will be edited and I will ask you to review them and let me know if "looks good" or "needs more work". If you see something I missed will offer one more edit proof. After the 2nd revision, additional editing will start at $20.

ART PRINTS AND DOWNLOADS

The best part of the session is getting your images. You will have options to order from my online store additional prints, canvas art, folio book, or wall prints. If you ask for prints I will send them by mail or if we are in the same city we can meet up to hand them over to you. Digital images will be sent by DropBox or email.
